The Aver is a new 53 unit rental apartment community located in Watertown on 385 Pleasant Street.  There are 8 affordable apartments in this community, with one immediate vacancy for a 1BR unit which will be rented to households with incomes at or below 65% of the area median income.  The Income Limits for the 65% Unit are: 1person – $63,830 and 2person – $72,930. All other income limits listed above apply to the 80% 2BR units. The affordable units are spread out among four first-class residential buildings.  Parking is located within the community via covered parking and additional surface parking spaces. Unit interiors boast custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, wood-plank style flooring, granite countertops, walk-in closets, and in-home washers and dryers.
