  • * The rents are set annually using a calculation that determines the “affordable” rent, which is based on the Area Median Incomes for the Boston-Cambridge-Quincy HMFA. Tenants are responsible for paying the full amount of rent each month. Rents are not based on each applicant’s income (unless they already have a Section 8 voucher or similar). Tenants will be responsible for paying Gas (cooking, heat, hot water) and electricity. Water and Sewer charges are included in the rent. One complimentary parking space is available for residents to reserve. This is a smoke-free building.

Warren Place is a brand new 40-unit apartment community located in the Wollaston area of Quincy that will contain one elevator-serviced building. Ten (10) affordable units will be made available through this process to households earning no more than 80% of the Area Median Income. The affordable apartments will be available in all bedroom sizes, are located throughout the building, and provide finishes identical to the market rate units.  Warren Place is conveniently located less than a half mile from the Wollaston Red Line MBTA station.
