Rents are not based on each applicant’s income (unless they already have a Section 8 voucher or similar). Min. income for 50% AMI units is for households who do not already have a Section 8 voucher or similar subsidy.

All utilities are electric, Tenants are responsible for paying all utilities including water and sewer. There will also be 3 parking spaces including in the rent for 3 households based on need. Otherwise, there are limited spaces available for a 50% discounted rate of $100/mo. If spaces are not available, tenants with cars will need to make arrangements for street parking.

OPEN HOUSES:  Will be held on Wednesday March 6th from 11am-6pm and the following Saturday March 16th from 11am-4pm. For questions about the Open Houses and schedule, please contact union346@jmcandco.com.
