Twelve (12) units in this development will be made available through this application process and rented to households that have incomes at or below 60% of the Area Median Income. Units feature high-quality finishes and in-unit laundry and the property features luxury amenities including a private courtyard with grilling stations and a heated pool, fitness center, clubroom, and multiple lounges. Units available through this process will first be ready in the Winter of 2022/2023.
