Rents can range from $1,852 to $2,225** for a Studio, $1,804 to
$2,500** for a 1BR, and $1,983 to $3,000** for a 2BR, based on the range of allowed incomes
**Rents for these units are presented as a range, as they are based on 30% on the qualifying tenant’s gross
monthly income, and tenant incomes will vary.
*Market rates for comparable units start at $2,965 (Studio), $3,445 (1BR), $4,335 (2BR), so this represents a
discount of up to $1,000/mo to $2,200/mo, depending on unit and household income. Households must be
income eligible to qualify to live in an Inclusionary 110% unit. Eligible households for these units make
above 80% AMI (Area Median Income) but below 110% AMI. Please refer to the Max and Min income
eligibility guidelines below for reference.
