The affordable apartments will be rented to households with incomes at or below 80% of the area median income through this application process.

Please note that while most of the community at Lighthouse Station at Woods Hole consists of condominiums that are restricted to households with at least one household member that is 55 years or older, this lottery is for 4 affordable rental units and there is not an age restriction to apply.
