Hawkley Apartments is a brand new 260-unit garden-style apartment community located in Milford located near I-495 and the Upper Charles Trail. Sixty-five (65) affordable apartments will be made available through this program to households earning no more than 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). These homes will be located throughout the community and feature in-home laundry, central air conditioning, spacious closets, and modern finishes such as stainless-steel appliances and quartz countertops. The pet-friendly community also offers shared amenities, including a fitness center, pool, pet park, and flexible co-working spaces. There is also an on-site mini market vending where you can find everyday essentials.
