Grayson Lofts at Wakefield Station is a new, 184 unit rental apartment community located in Wakefield. There will be 33 affordable apartments in this community that will be rented to households with incomes at or below 80% of the area median income through this application process. Prospective residents will be able to choose from two unique apartment finishes: renovated units located in the historic part of the building which feature exposed brick and wood beams or new units built above the historic building which feature a more modern finish package. The building will offer studio, one and two bedroom homes. Community amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, courtyard with grills and bocce ball, parking garage, on-site dog park, Package Concierge and a clubhouse lounge. Units will uniquely feature wine refrigerators, stainless steel appliances, modular closet systems, and keyless fob entry. Positioned within a stone’s throw from Wakefield Station, Wakefield’s Main Street and nearby Lake Quannapowitt, residents will enjoy easy access to Boston, the conveniences of shopping and restaurants as well as recreation
