Hanover Colony Place is a brand new 320-unit apartment community located in Plymouth that will contain four elevator-serviced buildings. 80 affordable units will be made available through this process to households earning no more than 80% of the Area Median Income. The affordable apartments will be available in a number of bedroom sizes, are located throughout the development, and provide finishes identical to the market rate units. Kitchens will contain a breakfast bar, frameless cabinets, stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, kitchen backsplashes, and laminate wood floors. Living areas will feature 9’ ceilings, laminate wood floors, and track lighting. Bathrooms will include frameless cabinets, framed mirrors, a garden tub, natural stone countertops, and porcelain tile flooring. Units feature a washer and dryer.
