Blvd & Bond is a new rental apartment community located in Watertown on 485 Arsenal Street. There will be 45 affordable apartments ready for occupancy starting in Spring 2021. Thirty affordable apartments will be rented to households with incomes at or below 80% of the area median income, and fifteen affordable apartments will be rented to households with incomes at or below 65% of the area median income through this application process. The apartments at Blvd & Bond are located in three first-class residential buildings located in the heart of Arsenal Yards, a mixed-use development featuring local and national favorite restaurants, shops and services. Blvd & Bond is situated on Arsenal Park and the Charles River, connected to Boston through bike paths, bus, shuttle, and driving routes. Buildings C and D are located on the development’s “town square,” while Building F abuts the park. Each building features desirable amenities, including fitness equipment, coworking space, and game rooms. These residences are designed to bring people together and are sure to create a strong sense of community among neighbors and more.
